I have a digital picture frame and a donor of the store a few photos in internal memory. How can I delete them and save them on my PC? I tried to connect an external hard drive, but nothing happened. I tried a USB and SD card, but all I can do is copy devices on the photo. I do not want to delete files, or how no other copies.
