I bought the "reduce your female fat zones" dvd, and I want to know if someone has helped you lose weight? I just had a baby 2 months ago.

All training DVD can deliver results, if used correctly, and really apply yourself. I have not tried, but I have a lot of training Denise and they have valued for many years. I Pulled after intense today, but an opportunity.
Personally, I would like to have a series of training videos and DVDs on the spot, that is not boring ... I also do more outdoor activities, I can go (go, trikking).
